How to add your signature in Outlook

  1. Fill in your details above then click Copy Signature for Outlook in the bar above the preview.

  2. Open Outlook and create a New Email (Ctrl+N / Cmd+N).

  3. Click the Signature button in the toolbar → select Signatures…

  4. Click New, give it a name (e.g. "RoboStore"), click OK.

  5. Click inside the edit box at the bottom, then paste (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V). The formatted signature will appear.

  6. Under "Choose default signature" set it for New messages and/or Replies/forwards.

  7. Click Save and close. It will now appear automatically on new emails.


Via Settings instead: File → Options → Mail → Signatures (Windows) or Outlook menu → Preferences → Signatures (Mac). Then follow steps 4–7 above.
